Set checkout time

IMPORTANT: If the keys are created via a PMS (Protel, LikeMagic, straiv, etc.), the checkout time must be set in the PMS.
The following article is only relevant if all keys are created via KeyWriter.

Instructions

  1. Open the “Administration” application.
  2. Click on “Global Settings.”
  3. You should now see the “Checkout Time” or “Default Checkout Time” in the “General” tab.
  4. Adjust the time as desired and tick the "Global" box if possible.
    NOTE: Depending on which version of the software you are using, the settings may look different.
  5. Click “OK” to save the changes.
  6. Apply the changes by restarting the KeyManagement service:
