The access by code is required if a privileged transponder is no longer accepted at the door.
- Select “Terminal”>“Access via Code” in the MDU and approach the terminal.
- You will now receive a code, which you can give to our support team by phone or email.
- The support team will generate a confirmation code and send it to you.
- Enter this confirmation code in the menu field in which your code is also displayed.
- Confirm the entry with Enter and approach the terminal again.
- You will hear two beeps to start and end the data transfer and you will return to the higher-level menu.
Now use the “Terminal” > “Factory setting” option to completely reset the terminal and then use the “Terminal Sync” option to reprogram the terminal. No privileged key is required for this due to access by code.
The terminal should then be operable again as usual.
