Battery warning

There are two battery warning levels in DG1 and DG2, which are displayed in the same way in both systems.
If you receive a battery warning at one terminal, it is advisable to change the batteries not only at this terminal but also at all other terminals, as in most cases further terminals with a battery warning will follow after a short time.
We also recommend changing the batteries at the first battery warning level, since the second battery warning level means that the door can only be opened for battery change by emergency opening.

Battery warning level 1:

  • 3x alternating flashing and beeping
  • Keys open the terminal after being presented for a longer period of time.
  • Transition from warning level 1 to 2 after 100 openings or 30 days.

Battery warning level 2:

  • 6x alternating flashes and beeping.
  • The terminal blocks and no longer accepts keys.
  • Only emergency opening with hardkey possible
