How do I check the transponder definition?

Do not change the transponder definition on your own!
This should only be done by trained specialist technicians.Incorrect configuration can considerably restrict functionality!
Step 1 - Navigate to transponder definition
- Log into the Dialock 2 web interface.
- Navigate to "System" > "Transponder definition".
Step 2 - Check transponder definition
- Check the transponder definition in the list overview. (Usually there should only be one list element.)
- (If requested) Share a screenshot of the transponder definition with our support team.
