1. Briefly hold the configuration transponder (Beam05) up to the terminal. (LEDs blink: wait – also known as the four-eyes principle)
2. While the LEDs are blinking, hold the privileged transponder up to the terminal. (LEDs light up steadily: communication mode)
3. On the MDU, select “Terminal functions” -> "Info" -> “Read protocols”.
4. Hold the MDU up to the door’s reader.
5. Wait until the data transfer is complete.

1. Log in to the Personnel Software and open ‘Extras’ > ‘Dialock Service Software’.
2. Connect the MDU to the PC while it is switched on. There are two options here (please use the method that applies to your system/that you are familiar with):
   1. USB (for ES100 mini or Pyramid; ES100): Connect the MDU to the PC via USB.
   2. Infrared (only possible with ES100 coding station): Hold/place the MDU in front of the lower side (Häfele logo) of the coding station.

If the MDU is connected via USB but cannot be detected, follow the instructions in this article:

1. In the Dialock Service Software, click “MDU” at the top.
2. Expand the menu by clicking the double arrow icon “<<”.
3. Now select “Terminal audit trails” to start the import.

IMPORTANT! If the door's time is not set correctly, the log entries will also be listed with a corresponding time offset.
