Instructions

    1. Place the tool on the back of the knob so that the hooks engage.
    2. Hold the knob firmly and turn the tool clockwise.
    3. Carefully pull off the cap.
  2. Removing the knob:
IMPORTANT! Only touch the knob at the base to prevent damage to the electronics.
    1. Lever up the opposing hooks at the base of the knob using a flat object.
    2. Carefully pull off the entire knob.
  3. Fitting the new knob:
    1. Place the new knob on the cylinder. Pay attention to the positioning of the thick and thin tabs on the knob.
    2. Snap the opposite hooks into place at the base of the knob. To do this, press the knob firmly onto the cylinder.
  4. Install the cap using the opening tool:
    1. Place the cap on top. Pay attention to the guide rails inside the cap.
    2. Place the tool on the back of the knob so that the hooks engage.
    3. Hold the knob and turn the tool counterclockwise.
  5. Pairing the knob:
WARNING! If a knob has not yet been paired with its cylinder, all keys (even valid ones!) will be rejected with the specific error code 1-5-5.
    1. Hold the PKC about 1 second in front of the knob. The knob confirms successful pairing by flashing the green LED once and emitting a beep.
